Chinese new year ,also called Spring festival ,is the most important traditional festival of the year in the chinese calendar ,also celebrated in other countries in East and Southeast Asia.
The date of the Chinese New Year is given based on the second new moon after the end of the winter solstice . This year 2024 will be celebrated in February and it will begin on the 10th.
