At the Researcher's Night last October we visited the University of Alicante.
STAND-30: Geology for Everybody.
Workshops, magnifying glasses and microscopes accompanied by children's activities with minerals and fossils.
Minerals
are recognized, their relationship with their structure and the stage
of their growth with simple experiments with magnifyng glasses.
We observed rocks trhough thin sheets on the microscopes to know their history and properties.
